First Assembly of God is located at 1700 West 2nd Avenue (Highway 92) in Indianola, Iowa, just over a mile west of the intersection of Highway 92 and Highway 65/69. The church is bordered by South Kenwood Boulevard to the west and South P Street to the east.

Parking is available on both the east and west sides of the church, with reserved disabled parking in the southern portion of the east lot.
